Hedgehog steamed buns
I don't know if it was because I ate too many white steamed buns when I was a child, but when I grew up and came out to work, I almost never bought white steamed buns for breakfast. I always felt that the white steamed buns made me lose my appetite. So later, after learning to make steamed buns, there were very few steamed buns that were either mixed with pumpkin or purple sweet potatoes, or they had white flour rolled sausage and chives... If you have children around you when making steamed buns, you will leave a few dough blanks to make twisted flowers or other cute and special shapes. Once these lovely steamed buns are out of the pot, the children quickly eat them all without coaxing them.
This hedgehog steamed bun is newly learned and is very simple to make. It only takes a pair of scissors and a few small beans to make it.
