Celery dumplings
By BudLangworth
This celery dumpling was also named by her grandfather and grandma, but Xiaowenzi really didn't like the taste of celery, so she made it with a nose and mouth mask all the time. O(④_④)O~ Grandpa and grandma always said that they were old and couldn't eat much. It still sounded sad to hear it. I still wanted to make more when they were willing to eat it and put it in the refrigerator to freeze it. In the morning or when the weather suddenly turned cold and rained, they would make it themselves. Grandpa has asthma, so I don't like to walk around and easily catch a cold. Grandma had a stroke a few years ago. Although she is better than ordinary patients and can take care of herself, her hands and feet are still not as flexible as her peers. Therefore, when the weather is cool, we will call my grandparents and ask them not to go out and tell us what to eat. We will bring them and freeze some dumplings and give them to eat when they don't go out. I hope everything is okay and we promise to help me take care of the children! (*^__^*)

Tip: When making dumplings, add a spoonful of salt to the water. The dumplings will not stick to the pan. Don't squeeze the celery dry, stir it clockwise with the meat filling, and stir the water into the meat filling. Grandma said that if you add some oil to the meat, it would be tender, so she did an experiment. Mix the dough with hot water or cold water. Which one would not easily break the skin when cooked?
