Steps for Homemade chili sauce

Select fresh and intact red peppers and wipe them one by one with a clean damp cloth without washing. Ginger should be peeled, washed and drained one day in advance.

Cut the red peppers in half, cut them vertically several times, and then chop them into pieces.

Cut all the red peppers well. Chop ginger and garlic cloves and place them in a clean container.

Add salt, a small amount of white sugar and white wine and mix well.

The bottle containing chili sauce should be washed, boiled and disinfected in advance, and the water content should be dried for later use.
