Steps for Garlic cabbage

Ingredients: Water spinach Accessories: dried chili, garlic, ginger

Peel the garlic and beat it into pieces, cut the ginger into shredded pieces for later use.

Fold the water spinach into small pieces.

Soak the folded water spinach in clear water and wash it.

Put the washed water spinach in a basket and drain it.
