Peel and dice the carrots, wash the edamame rice and corn kernels for later use.

Beat the eggs with chopsticks.

Put water in the pan and bring to a boil, pour in the corn and edamame rice, blanch the carrots and pick up for later use.

Cut ginger into small grains.

Add ginger in hot pan with cold oil and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour in the eggs, stir-fry them until they are done and disperse.

Add blanched corn, carrots, and edamame.
