Create your own milk bread
I modified this based on a sweet bread recipe. The original formula was 50 grams of butter instead of olive oil, 60 grams of sugar, and 7 grams of salt. According to this formula, it is fragrant and sweet, and very soft milk bread. Hehe... I changed it to salty, and put ham and cheese in it to make a European steamed bun.

Mix all the dough ingredients and knead them into a smooth dough
