Wash and drain the mushrooms, cut the tofu into slices, add some cooking wine to the clam meat and grasp well to remove the fishy smell, and chop the green onions into minced ground.

After heating the oil, add the spring onions and saute until fragrant.

Stir fry the clams and mushrooms in the pan.

Add water to boil, add tofu and cook for another 2 minutes, add salt to taste.
