Ribs and water chestnut soup

Steps for Ribs and water chestnut soup

Wash the ribs and set aside.

Wash the white radish, peel the skin and cut into small pieces. Wash the fresh mushrooms and cut it in half for later use.

Cook the water chestnut with water first, cut it in half with a knife, and peel out the meat inside for later use.

Put the pork ribs into an electric rice cooker, add appropriate amount of water, add ginger slices and boil together.

Boil to remove foam, add fresh mushrooms, add appropriate amount of cooking wine and simmer for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, put the white radish in and simmer for another half hour.

Finally, add the water chestnut meat and cook for about five minutes, add salt and cook for five minutes until the water chestnut is delicious.

Add chicken essence before serving the pan.
