Steps for Stir fried pork slices with fresh mushrooms and cauliflower

Wash the tenderloin and slice it, wash the freshly ground mushrooms and cut into small pieces, and slice the ginger into slices for later use.

Wash the cauliflower and pick small flowers for later use.

Heat the oil pan and add ginger slices to stir.

Put the meat slices in and stir-fry.

Stir fry until the meat slices change color, sprinkle with the ingredients and stir-fry with soy sauce.

Then put the freshly ground mushrooms in and stir fry for a while.

Add the cauliflower and stir fry for a few times, add a little water, cover and simmer for a while, until the cauliflower is cooked, add salt and stir fry until it has all the flavors.
