Matcha Araba Stick
By LoySchulist
I have been thinking about making this because it looks like ordinary cookies. But the crispy taste of the oven made me regret it. I should have started earlier... The disadvantage is that I overestimated the temperature of my oven. I couldn't keep a close eye on it, and the fire became too hot again ~ Okay, let's use it to build building blocks ~~(*^_^*) Hehe...

Steps for Matcha Araba Stick

1
Prepare all materials.
2
Pour green tea oil into a basin and add white sugar.
3
Add beaten egg liquid to the basin.
4
Mix the egg mixture well and sieve in the flour.
5
Add matcha powder.
6
Kneaded it into dough. The dough was very dry, so I added some oil properly. Let the kneaded dough sit for 30 minutes.
7
Roll out the dough into large pieces, cut off the extra edges, and cut into rectangles.
8
Cut the dough into strips of approximately the same width.
9
Brush the surface with a layer of egg liquid. Spread into baking sheet.
10
Oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. I took too long and the cookies became too hot.
