Steps for Cold and smelly vegetable roots

Prepare the ingredients and select the old roots and fibrous roots and wash them with clean water.

Prepare the ingredients, a small handful of cilantro, wash and set aside. There are four or five big labels and three or four red peppers for spare.

Cut the coriander into small pieces, and cut the garlic seeds and red peppers into diced pieces.

Cut the stinky vegetable roots into small pieces and place them in a slightly larger container so that they can mix easily.

First add appropriate amount of salt, balsamic vinegar, and soy sauce to marinate for about 20 minutes.

Then add red pepper, garlic, sesame oil, and part of coriander and mix well until the flavor is refined for about 10 minutes.

Finally, when you want to serve, add the other part of the coriander in, mix well and serve on a plate.

This is the cooked dish. The temporary mixing of coriander is to prevent the coriander from being marinated too hard and causing unsightly appearance of the finished dish.
