Steps for Double-pepper belly

Prepare the materials (I bought ready-made belly silk, and I still made it myself hygienic when I have time).

Shred green and red peppers.

Heat the pan with oil, cut the garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add the shredded belly and stir fry a few times.

Add cooking wine and stir-fry light soy sauce.

Stir fry for about 2 minutes and you can put in the green and red peppers.
