Braised crab with bitter gourd

The first time I tasted this braised crab with bitter gourd was in Macau. I had only tried braised fish with bitter gourd before, but I had never tried braised crab. I didn't expect this dish to be really good. The umami taste of crabs penetrated into the bitter gourd, making the bitter gourd particularly delicious. The bitter gourd would not affect the taste of the crab. It was a surprising surprise. I went home and tried it, and it felt great. There was another dish on my table, hehe.

Steps for Braised crab with bitter gourd

Kill and wash the crabs

Divide the crab into four and use the crab shell separately.

Remove the balsam pear and cut into large pieces.

Remove the oil pan, add the crabs and stir-fry for a while.

Add bitter gourd and bitter gourd and stir well, add appropriate amount of water, ginger slices, salt, and soy sauce and simmer for about 10 minutes.
