Electric rice cooker makes cakes
I woke up early in the morning and didn't know what to do. I turned on the computer and remembered that I had an appointment with my classmates yesterday. Today, we used electric rice cookers to make cakes at home and posted them online. Looking at the photos passed by my classmates, I felt itchy. Come on, I also started construction.

Steps for Electric rice cooker makes cakes

  • Make step 0
    1
Flour, 5 tablespoons eggs, 4 milk, 6 tablespoons sugar, 4 tablespoons salt, and moderate salad oil.
  • Make step 1
    2
Separate the egg white and egg yolk. My egg yolk is broken. I have to handle it well when making it so that the egg yolk is not left in the egg white (the utensils used to hold the egg must be dry and water-free).
  • Make step 2
    3
In a bowl filled with egg yolks, add 2 tablespoons of white sugar (I don't sell white sugar here, I use yellow sugar instead) 5 tablespoons of flour, 6 tablespoons of milk, half a tablespoons of salad oil, and a little bit of salt (Add salt to better highlight the sweetness).
  • Make step 3
    4
    Stir the previous step evenly.
  • Make step 4
    5
Beat the egg whites, beat until they are completely foamed, add 1 spoonful of sugar, and continue to stir at a faster speed. Leave stirring for ten minutes, add another spoonful of sugar, and then continue to stir.
  • Make step 5
    6
Until you can pick it up piece by piece with chopsticks, the egg whites are ready.
  • Make step 6
    7
Pour the beaten egg white into a bowl filled with egg yolk twice. Make sure to turn slowly back and forth evenly, and never stir clockwise.
  • Make step 7
    8
This is the mixture of egg whites and yolks.
  • Make step 8
    9
Preheat the rice cooker for 3 minutes, then put the previous steps into the rice cooker, shake the pan slightly twice to prevent bubbles underneath, press the rice cooker button, and wait for the rice cooker to end automatically. Without opening the lid, it will automatically keep the heat warm for 20 minutes. Open the lid and tie it on the cake with a toothpick to see if there is any dough brought out. If there is noodles, just press the rice cooker button and wait for the automatic end.
  • Make step 9
    10
That's how the cake was made.
