Pepper and sesame fish slices
Mullet can also be exchanged for other fish of your preference. Use fresh Zanthoxylum bungeanum oil to better blend with the shallots. Fish heads and fish bones can be used separately to make soup. Be cautious about eating mullet with allergies!

    After cleaning the mullet, chop off the head and tail, remove the skin and bones, and slice into fish slices. Add shredded ginger, spring onion, cooking wine, pepper, and refined salt and mix well to taste.

    After marinating the mullet for 5 minutes, add half of chicken white and 2 tablespoons of water starch, stir well and size.

    Put fresh soup in the pan. After the soup boils, add the mullet slices and fry it out.

    Put peanut oil in a frying pan. When the four layers are hot, add chopped green onions and stir-fry until fragrant.

    Immediately add the thin sauce mixed with fresh Zanthoxylum bungeanum oil, refined salt, chicken powder, 3 tablespoons of fresh soup, and 1 tablespoon of water and starch, and pour into it. After 3 seconds, turn off the heat to make pepper and sesame sauce.
