Steps for jelly

All raw materials.

Boil the milk to heat, add fish glue until melted and mix well.

Boil the juice to heat, add fish jelly until melted and mix well.

Add sugar to taste, then find a container, and pour the juice and milk into the frozen and solidified (if you want layers, you can make one layer of milk and one layer of juice, but you need to solidify one layer before pouring the second layer, and so on). Pour into a jelly shell or a transparent plastic cup into the mold, and sink one layer at a time.

Add another layer after freezing.

1. If using instant juice, the final total volume should be 1000ml!
2. Do not boil the milk too vigorously, or foam will form!
3. Make sure the instant juice is fully dissolved before adding the gelatin, otherwise there will be sediment!
4. Remember to soak the gelatin in cold water, separating the sheets one by one.
