Steps for Mushroom pork ribs soup

1
Blanch the ribs in water with cooking wine and wash them.
2
Put it into the soup pot, pour in appropriate amount of water until it reaches about 5 centimeters of pork ribs, add green onion knots, bring to a boil over high heat and turn to low heat to simmer.
3
When stewing pork ribs soup, deal with the mushrooms. The mushrooms I use this time include: mushrooms, coprinus, tea tree mushrooms, needle mushrooms, and hypsigus marmese mushrooms. Mushrooms, coprinus and tea tree mushrooms are relatively durable to cook, so I washed them and blanched them in water and then put them into the pork ribs soup to stew.

Flammulina velutipes and Hypsiphus marreus are not that durable to cook, so after washing and blanching water, stew in the pork ribs soup for about 2 hours, add them, and simmer for about 15 minutes. If it is a casserole, add the pork ribs soup after it has been simmered for 3 hours, boil and simmer for 25 minutes.
5
After the soup is stewed, add salt to taste.
