Steps for Rapeseed bacon roll

Divide the bacon into two slices, place the small rapeseed on one end of the bacon, roll it up and fix it with a toothpick.

Set aside bacon rolls.

Brush the pan with a layer of oil and stack the bacon rolls.

Cover the lid and fry over low heat for 2 minutes.

Turn over and fry for another 2 minutes.

Fry it on both sides and place it on the plate.

Stir in starch, water and chicken essence into a sauce.

Leave the base oil in the pan, pour in the sauce and the remaining small rapeseed, and slightly concentrate until bright white. Pour the cooked sauce evenly onto the fried bacon roll.
