Steps for Sauce and spicy whitebait

1
First, mix well the seasoned spicy sauce such as hot sauce and sugar syrup for use.
2
Wash the small whitebait and dry it (I wiped it with kitchen paper), wash the green and red peppers and shred it.
3
Add oil to the pan and heat it up.
4
Add the small whitebait and stir fry until slightly golden, and serve for later use.
5
Add the hot sauce prepared in step 1 to the pan, bring to a boil, and turn down the heat.
6
Add the small silver fish and stir fry well.
7
After the small whitebait is cooked, add the shredded green and red pepper, stir fry twice, turn off the heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds and take out of the pan (sesame seeds are not available at home, omit ~).

1. When frying small fish, the heat can be slightly higher and the time will be longer, so that the frying will be more scorched (mine is not a real small silver fish, but it should be longer. There are also ones that are thinner than mine. In short, the frying time depends on the size of the small fish);2. If you like spicy, you can add some chili noodles when frying ~ it is very fragrant.
