Microwave poached eggs

Poached eggs are our traditional way of eating eggs, but it's very troublesome to start cooking in order to eat two eggs. Recently, I discovered a good way, which is to use the microwave to fry poached eggs.

Steps for Microwave poached eggs

I use a microwave omelet. If you don't have one, you can use any microwave capacity, but you have to cover it when heating it in the microwave.

Put a little oil in each omelet (don't pour too much) and let the oil spread evenly into the omelet.

Beat one egg in each omelet. If the eggs are too small, beat two, and then use a toothpick to break the egg yolk film.

Put a little salt in each (less).

Close the lid.

Put it in the microwave and cook it on high heat for 1 and a half minutes. If you like the tender ones, you can adjust it for 1 minute and 20 seconds, and if you like the older ones, you can adjust it for 1 minute and 40 seconds. The time is about the same. If the difference is too far, it will either be not cooked enough or too firewood.
