Pork and radish pancakes

When making radish plate noodles, I specially reserved a portion of dough to make pancakes, so that LG's refreshments could be available. Hehe! Smart enough, right?

Steps for Pork and radish pancakes

Raw dough: radish dough filling: pork chopped green onion and pepper

Add a small amount of cooking wine, salt and chicken essence to the minced meat and mix well for a while. Add chopped green onion and pepper.

Mix thoroughly until the glue is sticky. Standby.

Divide the dough evenly into 5 small doses, and roll each small dose flat and round.

Wrap in appropriate amount of filling.

Close and wrap into a steamed bun shape.

Then gently press with your hand to form a round cake shape.

Brush the bottom pan with a thin layer of oil, put in the prepared cake, and brown over low heat.

Brown both sides to golden yellow, turn over and brown again, take out and put in kitchen paper towel to absorb the oil.
