Pine Pine Fish Rice
I believe that pine nuts and fish rice is a favorite dish for adults and children. At least it is one of the most popular in my family.

In the past, my daughter always had to constantly urge her to eat vegetables, and not eat meat all the time. This sentence was like background music in a restaurant at the dining table, which could be heard from time to time. But don't bother to rush this dish. Cut the fish meat, green peppers and stir-fry them together with corn pine nuts. Pick them out if you want. Hehe, you can only put them into your mouth one spoonful at a time. The smooth and tender fish meat and the crisp aroma of pine nuts are coupled with sweet corn. It has a simple and nutritious meal.

  • Pine Pine Fish Rice Make Tips

    1. Big silver carp have few abdominal thorns. After peeling off a layer of fish bones, you don't have to worry about small thorns, but you still have to look carefully and again when cutting. 2. It is better to make the fish rice with mandarin fish and salmon. I use the most commonly seen silver carp, as long as it has few thorns. 3. Use low heat when frying the pine nuts and shake the pan constantly to avoid burning. 4. Pine nuts have a lot of oil and should not be eaten in excess.
