Summer is the season of plums.
Strawberries, black plums, raspberries... I love them all.
Plum is also great for making desserts.
This box is a derivative of pancake, served with light cheese and fresh plums, a caramel nut patty, and served with chilled elderflower syrup and soda. It is the perfect time for afternoon tea.

3
When the sugar has melted completely, add the sunflower seeds and stir quickly. Then pour the sunflower seeds wrapped in caramel on a piece of baking paper and press them flat. Wait for the cold.
4
Cheese portion: Place all cheese portion ingredients in a bowl. Stir well. Standby.
5
Take an 18-cm pan and evenly apply a thin layer of oil to the bottom of the pan. Heat it up. Pour half of the pancake dough into the pan and spread out evenly. Turn the fire to a low level.
6
When the pancakes start to tilt around, turn them carefully. The other side is also fried for about the same time.
7

1. Because there is sugar in the rest of the box, no more sugar is added to the pancakes. If you like to eat sweet food, add sugar to the pancake section according to taste. 2. This is actually a derivative of a pancake. Just make the pancake part and add sugar to make sweet pancakes; or add salt and ham and cheese to make salty pancakes. They are all very delicious.
