Steps for Shacha dried noodles

Cut all materials well for use.

Add appropriate amount of water to shacha paste, soy sauce, and soy sauce to mix well and set aside.

Add water to the pan and put the dried noodles into the pan 2-3 minutes before the water boils. Remove the dough after cooking for about 2 minutes, immediately put it in cold water and soak for a while. Remove the dough and drain the water.
