Cut carrots, cucumbers, peppers, shrimp, and corn kernels into diced pieces.

Heat the pan to cool the oil, put the ingredients in Figure 1 into the pan and stir-fry until fragrant, add rice and stir-fry well, and add some salt.

Spread the eggs into a cake in a non-stick pan.

Spread the fried rice on the egg skin.

Fold the egg skin in half.

Squeeze with some tomato sauce.
