Steps for cold noodles

1
Put the cooking oil in a frying pan, fry the pepper and remove it, and use the pepper oil to set aside.
2
Prepare all materials.
3
Stir peanut butter, sesame paste, vinegar, soy sauce, white sugar, pepper, and salt evenly (the amount increases or decreases with the thickness and taste of the sauce)
4
Mash garlic into mashed garlic and stir.
5
Finally add mustard and MSG and mix well.
6
Put the noodles into the pan, boil them slightly after boiling, and remove them (not too long)
7
The cold water is too cold. (I took a shower with tap water and finally used drinking water)
8
Drain the water, pour in the fried pepper oil and mix well to make sure the noodles do not stick.
9
Stir in the mixed sesame sauce, add chili oil to the spicy ones you like, and enjoy with bean sprouts and shredded cucumber.
