Steps for Chopping pepper edamame

1
Cut off both ends of the edamame to make it more delicious. Rinse it with tap water and rub it clean with your hands when rinsing.
2
Minced garlic and shredded ginger.
3
Heat the pan and add the oil,(I put in some three-layer meat and fried some oil residue), add the ginger and garlic to add the aroma, add the edamame.
4
Stir fry for a while and add soy sauce and cooking wine.
5
Stir fry for a while.
6
Add appropriate amount of water and add a little white sugar and chicken essence (my mother's chopped peppers are a little salty, so I don't need to add salt). Cover the lid and simmer over medium heat for three minutes.
7
Drain the soup over high fire. Loading the plate.
