Steps for Margaret cookies

Prepare the ingredients.

Sift through the cooked egg yolks.

After the butter is softened, add powdered sugar.

Beat with an egg beater until the volume is slightly enlarged and the color becomes lighter.

Pour in the sifted egg yolks and stir well.

Pour the sifted mixture of low flour and corn starch into the butter.

Knead into dough by hand, wrap in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Remove the refrigerated dough, take a small piece, and knead it into a small ball.

Put the small ball into the baking sheet and press it flat with your thumb (this step is done by my children).

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and coat it for about 15 minutes.
