Red dates and bean paste cake
I have always liked to eat sticky food, but my stomach is not very good. If I eat more, it will turn queasy, so I don't enjoy eating every time. I can eat and cook it. I made some red bean paste at home some time ago. I had nothing to do at home on the weekend, and I had an idea that I might as well order something to eat. So I made this red date bean paste cake based on local materials. After making it, even my husband, who doesn't usually eat sticky food, shouted that it was delicious, and a sense of accomplishment arose spontaneously. Haha!

Japonica rice flour is the powder ground from rice eaten at home. I grind it slowly in a home grinder myself.
