stir-fried diced chicken with okra and tomato
By JaydeFriesen
Although the harvest of lotus beans in the yard has been good recently, we can't eat lotus beans every day. I liked okra so much that I bought quite a few more. There is also the long tomatoes, which are slightly different from the round ones I usually buy. This kind of meat is thicker and seems to have less juice and seeds. There are red and green, use them to match them! Coupled with the chicken breast, the fried taste is really good.
