Potato chips in tomato sauce
By JoeRath
I prefer to eat French fries, but the calories are too high, and now I dare not eat them! Yesterday, there were only one potato and tomato in stock at home, so I used it to make this dish. After all, it was healthier than eating fried ones! It was cloudy in Shanghai yesterday, and this dish was cooked in the evening, so the light was very bad and the pictures were not good. Please forgive me!

Steps for Potato chips in tomato sauce

1
Prepare the materials.
2
Slice the garlic, peel the carrots and cut them into shredded strips.
3
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. (A little thicker)
4
Rinse the potato chips in water.
5
Pour the oil into the pan, add a little more, drain the potato slices and fry them until they are slightly golden brown, and then remove them to control the oil.
6
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.
7
Allow the fried potato chips to cool and cut them into strips. (Remember to let it cool, otherwise it will easily burn.)
8
Leave the remaining oil in the pan, stir-fry the shredded carrots slightly and remove from the pan for later use.
9
After stir-frying the garlic slices until fragrant, add the tomato pieces and stir fry.
10
Stir fry the tomatoes until they turn into soup, add a little tomato sauce, a little salt, and continue to stir well, then add the shredded carrots and stir fry. (After the tomatoes are heated, the tomato skins will be rolled, but don't pinch them out)
11
Finally, add the chopped potato strips and stir fry well, add a little water and a little chicken essence (don't put it in), cover the lid and simmer for a while, and serve. (If you like to eat soft and waxy potatoes, you can stew them more)
