I believe everyone is familiar with Yunnan's famous snack crossing the bridge rice noodles.
I didn't expect to meet relatives of crossing the bridge rice noodles in Japan-using hot soup to heat ingredients and maintain the temperature. However, without so much chicken oil, it was relatively lighter and healthier.
