Steps for Tremella sweet potato soup

Soak Tremella in advance, wash and tear into small pieces.

Put the tremella into the soup pot, add enough water to boil over high heat, and then cook over low heat for 20 minutes.

Wash the sweet potatoes, cut the skins and cut them into small pieces.

Wash off the starch on the surface of sweet potatoes with clean water.

Cook the tremella for 20 minutes, add the washed sweet potatoes, and continue to cook for about 10 minutes.

Add rock sugar until the sweet potatoes are soft and rotten, and continue to cook until the rock sugar dissolves.

Turn off the heat until the rock sugar dissolves, sprinkle in a small amount of washed wolfberry, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
