Grilled crab meat and bell pepper

This is the first time I have roasted crab meat. I often bought crab meat in bags and fried it. This time I decided to try roasting it, and the effect is not bad.

Steps for Grilled crab meat and bell pepper

Crab meat, tricolored bell peppers and onions.

Barbecue sauce, soy sauce, homemade pepper powder, brandy (as cooking wine).

Mix soy sauce, barbecue sauce, pepper powder and a little brandy into a juice.

Cut the ingredients into slices, string the ingredients evenly with a special barbecue bamboo stick, and place them on a baking sheet.

Brush the surface with the mixed juice, turn the string to 180 degrees, and brush again.

Put it into the oven, bake at 375F for 15 minutes, then turn the skewers, and bake for about another 15 minutes. The temperature and time will depend on each family. Mine is for reference only.

Remove it from the bamboo stick and sprinkle with refined salt and black pepper powder. It tastes very good.
