chocolate brownie
By JeromyHand
I make this "chocolate brownie" today is actually very, very simple. I don't have to mix it, just stir it well. Don't be scared by my long steps. I was too verbose and photographed every small step, so it became so many steps that everyone can ignore them. I think I'm about to turn into an old woman...

Steps for chocolate brownie

1
Prepare all the materials.
2
Cut the chocolate into grains and place the cream in a steel bowl and cook over low heat.
3
Use an egg beater to stir until completely dissolved and remove from heat.
4
Beat the eggs into a bowl and beat gently.
5
Add instant coffee powder to 1 tablespoon hot water to dissolve.
6
Put the yellow sugar into the chocolate liquid and stir to dissolve.
7
Put in the egg mixture and mix well.
8
Pour fresh milk into the chocolate liquid and mix well.
9
The dissolved instant coffee also falls.
10
Stir the chocolate liquid and the ingredients added until evenly.
11
Sift off the flour while stirring the chocolate liquid.
12
Sift the cocoa powder and mix it.
13
Put in the hazelnut powder and mix well.
14
Finally, cut the walnuts (I bought and baked them) into small grains and add them into the chocolate liquid to stir slightly.
15
Lay a 9-inch square mold with tinfoil.
16
Pour half of the chocolate liquid into a square and touch it.
17
Spread chocolate chips evenly on top.
18
Pour the other half of the chocolate liquid down and finish.
19
Put in the oven and bake at 160 degrees for 40 minutes. This is when you come to make "chocolate cream".
20
Place the whipped cream in a steel bowl and simmer until hot but not boiling.
21
Add the cream and stir to dissolve.
22
Put down the chopped chocolate chips and stir.
23
Stir until the chocolate is completely dissolved and thick to form "chocolate cream". Set aside for cold use.
24
Take out the brownie and use a toothpick to insert it in the middle and pull it out. If it is not sticky, it means it is cooked.
25
Allow the brownies to cool completely, cut and coat with a layer of chocolate cream.
26
Put some cherry chips on top and finish the brownie.

I drop "chocolate brownie"! Put it in the refrigerator and refrigerate it will be even more delicious!!
