Steps for Qiu Li Gao

1
Wash and peel the pears, place the wiping board in a basin, and rub the pears into pear paste and pear juice.
2
Peel and chop the ginger, remove the core and chop the dried red dates.
3
Put the pear paste, pear juice, red dates, rock sugar, and tuckahoe powder (there is only 1 spoonful left at home, and it has all been changed in the middle) into a casserole (this is my first time making it because I was afraid that the pear juice would stick and it would stick, so I put some water in the pot. In fact, I don't need to put it, it will not be easy to stick with water), and cook on low heat for 40 minutes.
4
Filter the pear mashed, red dates, and ginger in the pan with a slip of the net, leaving only the pear juice, and continue to cook over low heat for 90 minutes (you can also adjust the time according to the consistency you like. I put water on it, and the cooking time will be longer)
5
After boiling, let it cool, add honey and mix well, put it into a scalded and dried bottle, and store it in the refrigerator. When eating, take out one or two spoonfuls, add warm boiled water and mix well before drinking.
