Steps for Fried egg with shallot

Eggs are ready for use.

Wash the shallots, chop them, and place them in a large bowl.

Beat the eggs onto the shallots.

Add salt and chicken essence and stir well.

Heat the oil pan with a little more oil, and put the stirred eggs in to fry over medium and low heat.

Fry until golden brown on one side, turn to the other side, and fry until golden brown on both sides.

Divide into four parts with a spatula.
