Steps for Fresh shrimp and shredded radish soup

Use a multifunctional vegetable cutter to shred the white radish.

Wash the shrimps and use scissors to cut the black shrimp thread on the back. Cut the ginger into slices and the green onions into minced pieces.

Remove the oil from the pan, heat the oil, stir fry the ginger slices and chopped green onions

Add the shrimp and stir fry until color changes, order some cooking wine

Add the cooking wine, stir fry it again, and add water (the amount of water depends on how many people drink the soup) and add appropriate amount of salt (less salt will have the clear sweetness of shrimp and radish, and more salt will have the delicious flavor and no clear sweetness).

Bring to a boil and turn to medium heat for 5 minutes, remove and place in a bowl. Add a little shredded green onion on top.
