Steps for Taro Mixed Rice

1
Cut cooked taro into half-centimeter grains. Shanghai green wash and chop. Shred the small squid. Chop the dried shrimps. Beat the rice. Pat the garlic until flat and chop it. Corn kernels.
2
There is a little under the pan, stir-fry the Shanghai greens, and shovel them for later use.
3
Stir fry the home-cooked shredded pork until hot, shovel it up and set aside.
4
Put a little oil in the pan and stir-fry the garlic and dried shrimp to create garlic-flavored shrimp oil.
5
Then put the shredded squid in and stir-fry.

Add taro grains as soon as the shredded squid changes color. If the squid is stir-fried and put in the ingredients behind it, the squid will go too far, and the squid will taste like a rubber band.

8
Add the home-cooked shredded pork and stir well, add a little salt and chicken essence to taste.
9
Pour the rice in and stir fry well.
10
Finally, add the Shanghai green in and stir fry well before serving.
