Stir-fried shrimp with mushroom and cucumber

After seeing the stir-fried apricot mushrooms in oyster sauce made by the old lady who knew how to dance, I took four shrimps from the freezer. When the apricot mushrooms were a little short, I added two cucumbers and fresh lilies. The taste was not bad, because there was braised sauce, so I didn't add any seasoning like MSG. Because I didn't like to eat particularly tender shrimps, I stir-fried for a while longer, but the cucumbers and lilies were added last and were still very tender.

Wash and slice the mushroom, peel and slice the cucumber.

Wash the shrimps and remove the whiskers.

Break fresh lilies into small flowers and wash them.

Stir fry the shrimps with oil in the pan until the shrimps turn red.

Add mushroom and stir-fry.

Add oyster sauce, braised sauce, water starch to thicken.

Add lilies and stir fry until thickened.

Finally, add the cucumber and stir fry.
