Weigh all ingredients, except butter, and pour into the inner cylinder of the bread maker.

Select a hair work file and dough.

After 20 minutes, add the butter and continue kneading.

Fermentation until twice its original size for the first time, and gently squeeze the dough with your hands to remove air bubbles.

Remove the dough into the required portions, knead it into a round shape, and ferment for 15 minutes; chop the small roasted sausage into pieces, wash the chives, drain, and chop it into pieces for later use.

Press the fermented dough flat, roll it into a rectangular sheet with a rolling pin, and evenly sprinkle with chopped roasted sausage grains, chopped chives, and a little salt.

Fold the dough sheets in half and fold them in parallel diagonally to make an S-shaped dough roll.

Place the shaped dough on a baking sheet and place it in the oven for final fermentation.

Remove it after fermentation and brush the surface with a layer of egg liquid.
