Steps for stir-fried shredded potatoes

Main and auxiliary materials: potatoes, onions, garlic.

Chop the onions and garlic.

Shred potatoes and soak in water for 10 minutes.

Boil boiling water in the pan, add shredded potatoes, and add appropriate amount of white vinegar.

Blanch the shredded potatoes until they are tender,(bring to a boil again), remove and set aside.

Raise the pan to heat the oil and saute the chives and garlic.

Add shredded potatoes and stir fry well.

Season with salt and MSG.

Stir well and turn off the heat.

Serve the pan and plate.
