Steps for Tea fragrant chicken feet

1
Prepare the materials.
2
Chop green onions, ginger, garlic, and chilli.
3
Cut off the nails on the chicken feet. (1. It's beautiful and 2. It's not easy to scratch your mouth when eating)
4
Any tea leaves will be good, soak them for later use. (I don't make enough tea here. Remember to pour more water to make it)
5
Place chicken feet in cold water, add cooking wine and ginger slices, and bring to a boil.
6
Cook until the blood and dirt are boiled out, then turn off the heat. Remove and rinse well, and drain.
7
Pour the oil into the pan, saute the chopped green onion, ginger, and garlic slices until fragrant, and pour the chicken feet into and stir fry.
8
Then pour in the brewed tea, add 1 teaspoon of white sugar and half a teaspoon of oyster sauce. (Remember not to pour the tea leaves in, save them for last use)
9
Add half a teaspoon of salt.
10
A little chicken essence. (Don't add if you don't like it)
11
Half a spoon of soy sauce.
12
1 tablespoon of cooking wine.
13
Stir well, cover and heat for 10 minutes. (Remember to open the lid and stir fry evenly in the middle)
14
After cooking until the soup thickens, add tea leaves to add aroma and embellishment with green onions, cover the lid and simmer for a while to serve.
15
The amount of seasoning can be increased according to your taste. Once you make it, you can cook or slowly eat it as a snack:
