Steps for egg rolls

Beat egg whites with sugar until melted.

Add melted butter and mix well.

Add the low powder and stir well.

Put batter into the mold.

Close the mold and heat on low heat for 1 minute.

Turn over repeatedly and fry until both sides are golden brown. Use a chopstick as a shaft and roll it from the inside out. After rolling, let it cool and set.
