Recently, I saw salty bean particles sold in the market, and I thought of eating this! This salty bean grain was originally used to make bean paste, but later it couldn't be eaten and dried in the sun.

Steps for Pancake rolls, salted and dried beans

First put an egg into the salty beans.

Add appropriate amount of water, chopped green onion, pepper, and no salt.

Cut the mushrooms and green and red peppers into small dices (you can put more if you like peppers).

Put a small amount of oil into the pan, heat it, add 3 to stir-fry until done.

Put the oil in the pan, heat up the spring onions, add 2 stir-fry, add a small amount of water and appropriate amount of salt, and continue to stir-fry until cooked and out of the pan.

Just take the pancake and roll up the stir-fried salty bean particles.
