Ingredients: potatoes, onions, garlic.

Shred garlic and shredded green onions. Shred the potatoes (or insert them into shreds with a plugboard) and soak in water for 10 minutes.

Remove the pan to heat the oil, add the onions and garlic and stir-fry well.

Add shredded potatoes.

Stir fry well, add salt and MSG to taste.

Cook in a little water, stir-fry quickly over high heat, and add vinegar.

Stir fry until shredded potatoes are cooked, then turn off the heat.

Serve the pan and plate.
