This is Junzhi's fresh cream peach pie. There were no peaches at home, so I used apples instead of butter and changed them to lard, which tasted slightly worse but was also good. This is the size of a 6-inch pie plate.

Steps for whipped cream apple pie

After the butter or lard is softened, pour in the low-gluten flour and fine sugar, knead it with your hands until it is granulated, add water and make dough, relax on the chopping board for 15 minutes. Roll it out and place it in a 6-inch pie plate. Remember to have a jack at the bottom.

Making crispy grains: Mix softened butter or lard, fine sugar, brown sugar, and low-gluten flour and knead them into fine grains.

Making fresh cream apple filling: First cut the apple into small pieces. Then mix the light cream, fine sugar and corn starch and stir well. Add the beaten eggs and vanilla essence and continue to stir well. Pour the diced apples in and mix well.

After everything is ready, pour the filling into the pie skin in step 1. Finally, sprinkle with crispy grains evenly. Preheat oven at 200 degrees. Bake for 40 minutes. The small oven in my house has an uneven temperature and the baking color is a little dark. It is recommended to bake in the household oven for about 20 minutes and cover with tinfoil.
