Steps for Crown Qifeng Cake

Beat egg yolks evenly.

Add fresh milk, 10 grams of fine sugar and vegetable oil, and stir well.

Sieve in the powder and stir evenly in an irregular manner.

Add 50 grams of fine sugar to the egg white in three times, beat until hard and frothy. See "Basic Qiaofeng Cake" for the method of beating the egg white. Whisk the egg white oven and preheat it to 180 degrees.

Mix one-third of the egg white with the egg yolk and stir evenly in an irregular manner.

Pour the stirred batter into the remaining egg whites and stir well, shaking twice vigorously.

Pour into a silicone mold. Put in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Alternatively, use an 8-inch round mold and bake for about 40 minutes.
