Steps for cake

1
Use an egg separator to separate the egg white and yolk of 4 eggs, then use a stainless steel container to add 60g of soft sugar to the egg white and beat it until cream. The egg white that is beaten upside down in the container will not drip. OK. (The stirring rods of the container and whisk must not contain water, otherwise it will not turn into cream.).
2
Put 60g of low-gluten flour and a little bit of baking soda, sift carefully into the beaten egg white with a sieve, and mix well with a stirring knife to form an egg paste. (Make sure you mix it without stirring it, otherwise you will work hard. If you don't have a sieve to use the colander used to filter the bean dregs when we drink soy milk, you can also use it, the one with a very fine mesh. I think adding a small spoonful of milk powder might taste better).
3
Add the egg yolks to the egg paste one at a time and mix well, stirring all 4 egg yolks one by one.
4
Wash and wipe dry the cake plate without water, then pour in the oil and brush it evenly.
5
Pour the egg batter into the cake plate and sprinkle with your favorite dried fruits, such as raisins, walnuts and sesame seeds. (You can also put some of your favorite fruits. I think canned yellow peaches and strawberries are good. Haha, I haven't tried them before. You can try them next time).
6
Preheat the oven for 5 minutes, then adjust the temperature to 200 degrees, heat the upper and lower pipes, and it will be OK for 10 minutes.
7
Finally, you can enjoy the delicious and healthy DIY cake. Hehe, not bad.cake Make Tips
If you don't have trouble, you can use an egg tart mold, brush oil one by one, and pour in the egg paste separately. The baked products are the same as those sold on the street, so it is easier to pick up and eat.
