homemade yogurt
By DeionWolff
I like to drink yogurt very much, but because my stomach is cold, I don't dare to drink cold ones. I originally wanted to buy a yogurt machine to make it, but I was unwilling to add more things to occupy space. I accidentally learned to use a rice cooker to make my own yogurt. The one I made was very sticky and felt that it tasted better than the one I bought, so I became fascinated and made it almost every day.

Steps for homemade yogurt

1
Prepare pure milk, yogurt (as starter), and white sugar.
2
Blanch and disinfect the crisper box and spoon with hot water.
3
Put the milk into the safety box and add hot water to heat (heat the milk to about 40 degrees, as long as it is warm to the touch and does not burn the hand).
4
Leave the crisper for a while after ironing, and pour the yogurt into the disinfected crisper
5
Add sugar. (White sugar can also be added after it is done)
6
Add the heated milk.
7
Stir well with a spoon.
8
Fasten the lid of the crisper and cover the ventilation holes on the lid.
9
Put a small square towel folded in four corners in the rice cooker
10
Put the crisper into the rice cooker.
11
Cover the lid of the rice cooker without fastening it tightly, leaving a gap. Plug it in and keep warm. In 2 hours, you can have delicious yogurt, which is very tender and thick.
